Gelson's Market is hosting a Bubbles and Bites tasting event in collaboration with Laurent-Perrier, the renowned Champagne house, at Gelson’s Irvine Wine Bar on Thursday, November 21th, from 6 PM to 8 PM.
Guests will enjoy a four course dinner, with each dish paired with Laurent-Perrier Champagne. The First Course is Grilled Sriracha Shrimp Skewers, Gelson's Prosciutto, and Brillat Savarin Triple Cream Cheese, paired with La Cuvée Brut NV. The Second Course is Antipasto Brochette Skewer and Toro Crudo, paired with Cuvée Rosé Brut NV. The Third Course is Lobster Salad and Cashew Chicken Skewers, paired with Blanc de Blanc Nature, and the Fourth Course is Duck Leg Confit, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Smoked Salmon and Caviar Deviled Eggs, paired with Grand Siècle.Q
