Flight Night at Hilton Irvine has an exciting new monthly event series – Flight Night! Hotel guests and local visitors can enjoy curated craft beer flights from top local breweries while learning about the brewing process directly from the experts. For $40, guests will receive a curated flight of craft beer and access to a private section of Hilton Irvine’s signature restaurant, Aura, where they can enjoy complimentary bar snacks. Guests can savor expertly crafted dishes by Aura’s head chef, including crispy flatbread pizza, abundant mezze boards, loaded fries, and perfectly roasted brussels sprouts.

The Flight Nights are hosted from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and the upcoming brewery lineup includes:

Tuesday, March 11 – Ventura-based Topa Topa Brewing Co.: Featuring their lemongrass-tangerine Level Line Pale Ale and Spectro Hazy IPA, with tropical notes of pineapple, peach, and guava.

Tuesday, April 8 – San Diego-based Mission Brewing: Showcasing its crisp Mission Blonde and Waves of Haze IPA, infused with notes of papaya and mango.

Tuesday, May 13 – Anaheim-based Brewery X: Offering its Mexican-style Lager, brewed with maize and herbs, alongside a sweet and earthy Bohemian Pilsner.
