Two Nights of Unforgettable Jazz with the John Pizzarelli Quartet

Don’t sleep on getting tickets to see Grammy Award winner John Pizzarelli and his trio at their 11th appearance August 20 and 21 at the Sunset Jazz Series at Bistango Restaurant in Irvine. The Boston Globe has said that Pizzarelli’s vocals and guitar playing are “reinvigorating the Great American Songbook and re-popularizing jazz.” Pizzarelli is not only a bandleader and solo artist, but has recorded with the likes of Natalie Cole and Buddy DeFranco, just to name a few. The evening takes place on Bistango’s open-air patio, where concertgoers will enjoy a beautiful meal, an award winning wine list, and exquisite cocktails.
